I have OBC NCL(Non Creamy layer ) certificate of Delhi (i.e. not in the central list), that's why I have filled general category in the neet application form.. ....now my doubt is that can I use this certificate during counselling of 85% state quota seats Du ??? please answer soon

Once the ranks are announced, you’ll be asked to register within DU for counselling as well. You will have to upload your documents and at that time you might be able to make this correction. You can drop a mail to FMSC (Delhi university medical branch) about this as well.
