Hello. Can a non-resident apply for karnataka counselling for B-Category? And may i know the procedure if yes?

Hello,
Yes, Karnataka is the only state which allows non residents to take part in the counselling process.
You need to fill the online forms for the same which were out in second week of June.
Unfortunately, counselling process has started already, and last date to fill forms is already over. So if you missed it, nothing much can be done now.
