HELLO ..I got 86% in 12th and 91.6 percentile in JEE Mains...can i get any NIT through Computer Science branch or EC branch

Since, your percentile in JEE mains is 91.6, it's likely that your rank is around 81,000. This is not a good rank for getting you into any major NIT. You can get into any of the NITs where the homestate cutoff is likely higher, it's only because of the healthy competition.

With this rank, it is difficult to get admission in any of the nits or iiits,
I will suggest you to appear for spot round also. Because it gives a chance to improve your branch and college also..
