According to the previous year's cut off you are in the boderline for the rajasthan state quota admission for medical seats.Also the first round of AIQ is over and if you did not get a seat there is very less chance now.

Since the marks have gone high this year you have fair chances if getting a government college. Also the state list must have been released and if you did not get a seat,you would probably get by second round as chances are there.
