From your percentile, your All India Rank seems around 22000 . But if you want CSE in NIT Surathkal or NIT Warangal , your rank should be within 15000 i.e 98.5 percentile . But if you belong to Telangana or Karnataka , then you will get NIT Warangal and NIT Surathkal respectively under Home State quota .
You would also get CSE in MNIT Allahabad , MNIT Jaipur and NIT Bhopal and so on .
