Hello, my jee main rank is 5241 in st and i can get cs in mijorm, mnipur, Nagaland nits, is this nits are good or not and highest package???

Yes you can definitely get admission into nit nagaland , nit mizoram , nit manipur for computer science branch with your sc rank of 5k .
Yes this nits are not so reputed but the placement records are not that bad the difference occur when we compare the placement of different nits computer science with them .
Nit nagaland highest package -18 lac
Nit mizoram highest package- 16 lac
Nit mainpur highest package. - 18.5 lac
So all three nits share good packages you can surely take admission into them .

But on the base of my st rank i can get cs in this nits but i don't know this's nits level and packages and facilities??
