Hello aspirant,

I want to inform you that following are the documents which are required while document verification and admission-:

NEET scorecard
NEET application form
State counselling registration form
Aadhar card
12TH class marksheet
12th class Transfer certificate
Domicile certificate if have one,
Any reservation certificate like of OBC, SC, ST or EWS.
