I hope you are doing well, Yes you can sure apply for PGCET MBA exam. They would not ask your results in exam. When you qualify after giving exam and sit for the counselling and when you would be taking admission only then they would be asking for the results so you will be having enough time to submit the documents. So for now just prepare for the exam and perform well.
