hello sir i have applied both neet amd kcet and i attend kcet exam also and am not attend kcet councilling but i got 490 marks in neet can i attend neet counciling in state 85 pecent quota

Yes you can attend neet counselling even if you not attended kcet.
There will be two rounds of AIQ online counseling i.e. Round 1 & Round 2. All candidates who have qualified for All India Quota seats on the basis of their rank in NEET UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) except the Union Territory of J&K will be eligible.
