Vinay, you haven't mentioned your Category or the job that you are referring to. But after 12th you can try for positions like Upper Division Clerk, Apprentice, Assistant, Plumber, Welder, Carpenter, Fitter ,Electrician, etc. For example for the post of an Apprentice, you should pass your 12th with a minimum aggregate of 50%. And Candidates should also have an ITI Certificate. For the post of a Carpenter, there is no minimum aggregate required and you should have completed your Diploma and have prior work experience. For the post of a Clerk, you should have completed your 12th with a minimum aggregate of 50%. So it depends on the position that you want to apply for. Not every position has minimum aggregate criteria.
