If I consider the previous year data ,being a general candidate, you have low chances of getting admission in osmania medical college, hyderabad in telangana through state quota .Previous year minimum marks required for a general candidate to get admitted to the college was 570, which is very close to the mark which you have secured.The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
