as per different universities and colleges curriculum five years integrated bachelor + master degree in engineering are available. you did not mention which college or university you belongs to. the eligibility criteria for ibps is you need to be graduate in any discipline. as you have done integrated master course you are also graduated. so you are eligible for ibps exam.
