hi i didn't write KCET last year but i had already registered. So this year am I supposed to say yes for the "are you a karnataka 12th student 2021? " question. Because I finished my 12th in 2020

If you are not giving the KCET examination then your final study status is completed the 12th standard class. Because you can't join any college infact you didn't give the KCET examination either. So you can apply in this year for this examination. And after qualifying the examination you will be able to join college. KCET is Karnataka common entrance test for admission in BTech, Bpharm, agriculture, Architecture etc. So be prepare yourself for this examination.
