I hope you are aware that President of India can apply for PG seats in any state in which do not have domicile by participating in the all India counselling and opting for 50% seats of Government and private medical colleges of most colleges in all states as laid down by the National board of education.

Dear Nargis, for NEET PG, in every State 50% of the Seats are filled by the Candidates who fulfil the domicile eligibility criteria and the rest are filled by All India Quota. Under this All India Quota, though you are from Maharashtra, you can apply for seats just not in Karnataka but all other states as well.
