If you are working in any organisation and doing something and want to continue study then there are many universities who are offering privately courses or distance courses. You can also do llb privately by any good private universities. You just have to give exams no need to attend classes. And their degree are also valid.

Yes you can join MBA after your B.Com. You can also purse LLB privately at the same time. There is no hassle there.
