Dear Sir/Ma'm, the correction portal for the correction in the forms of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test was opened from 16th to 31st January 2019 for all the students who had made any mistake in filling the form in the first place. What you can do is go to the official site of NEET that is mcc.nic.in and check there.
