Hello dear
You have not mentioned your category dear , so I am assuming that you are from unreserved category.
Actually for unreserved category 550 + marks is what that is needed even to think of getting a government college under all india quota.
For example, last year marks required in neet for general category to get a seat in Patna Medical College, Patna was 557 marks under all india quota
So dear it is difficult for you to get a seat with 508 marks in neet . But for now be optimistic, you never know what could happen next .
