If i see previous year cutoff trends of odisha state, Then  chances of yours to get admission in government medical college through 85 %state quote counselling in odisha state with ews category is low with 501 score.
Previous year, the candidate  scoring 508 marks got the seat in Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir, odhisa.
But  you should definitely go for both government as well as semi government colleges at state counselling, because cutoff vary every year, you may get the seat if luck favours.

Congratulations on qualifying NEET-2019. As per your score. Yes you have high chances of getting Government Medical seats in Odisha and as well as out side too. As you belong to EWS Category and this year seats have been increased but the problem is that Mostly people are not yet able to get there EWS certificate. So if you have got you certificate done that's great or if not get it done soon. As it will be helpful.
