In REAP when you are alloted a college in first round you need to visit the alloted college. You will need to verify your documents in the alloted college in the given time limit. And submit the fees of the alloted college.
Then on the reap website you will get the upward movement option and you can select it and you have successfully applied for upward movement.
If you are not alloted any college in first round the system will automatically select the upward movement option.
