The cut off fot any nit depends on many factors like the category of the students, home state quota, female quota. So the marks you need to score in general category to get a nit would be 120+, for obc it will be 110+ and for sc/st it would be 95+. I am considering that you want to get a nit, and you do not prefer any particular branch or nit.
