Hi Amit, in any govt.colleges vacancy of the seats based on 12th circumstances, can't be told unless the whole counselling process is completed...In most of times, after the end of whole counselling procedure...no seats will be in vacany.It truely depends on the facts,that no.of merits passed out in that year through those exams...I hope you understand.
