Hello Aspirant,
Every year JEE wil be conducted two times in a year. Any aspirant can give the exam both times. But you can give JEE main a maximum of three times and JEE Advance a maximum of 2 times. And there is a paricular age also till which you can give.

The jee mains exam will be conducted by nta two times till any further order but it will be finalised after september 2019 when the official notice regarding the exam will come.
But till further orders jee mains will be conducted in the same way as this year.

You can give JEE exam twice an year and maximum attempts for JEE is 3 times so overall you can give exam 6 times in 3 years. Hope you find it useful.
