To secure a government MBBS seat in Maharashtra under the D3 category in NEET 2025, you should aim for a score of at least 620-630+.

In NEET 2024, the cutoff for the D3 category was around 600 marks, but since cutoffs tend to rise every year due to competition, scoring above 620 will give you a better chance of getting into a government medical college.

However, the actual cutoff may vary based on factors like seat availability, difficulty level of the exam, and the number of applicants. So, it's always best to aim higher to increase your chances.

Hello,

If you belong to D3 category from Maharashtra, then to get a government MBBS seat through NEET 2025 , you should try to score around 480 to 520+ marks .

But please remember, cut-offs can change every year depending on things like difficulty of the paper, number of students, and seat availability. So, aim for higher marks to stay on the safer side.

Hope it helps !
