it would be good if you could specify which college you are talking about but in general and going by the previous years cutoff Saini score and axis of 500 should be good enough to get a Government medical College availing 85% state quota in the state in which you have domicile and a score in excess of 550 will help you get a Government medical College seat in other states availing the 15% all India quota although this is subject to variation in the standard question paper and relative performance of all the candidates
