The choice filling and locking/ online filling of preferences in the haryana state counseling was done in the given time period of 28 June 2019 to 5 July 2019.
If you are trying to do this process today, then as you can see that the date has surpassed and you can't do it.
The online allocation of course/ institute will be done on 8 July 2019.

But these dates are from previous schedule and now new schedule released

According to the revised schedule the dates for choice filling was from 30 June to 7 July.
According to the revised schedule the dates for choice filling was from 30 june to 10 july

The revised schedule came on 28 June and according to that the choice filling will only available from 30 June to 7 July.
New dates for choice fillinh in HARYANA state counselling are from 30th june to 10th July for sure
