I am a former student of St. Xavier's college Ahmedabad and I completed my B.Sc from there.

I understand that the syllabus is quite tough but I would suggest the following things-

• Go through every topic that has been taught in class.
• Making running notes during lectures are the most helpful.
• Try to fully understand and make answers of the most important topics that you find in each unit.
• Read from the reference books that the professors suggest.
• Try making your own notes while reading.
• Before exam, your running notes and your own notes will be enough to get you a great score.

The syllabus might be tough but the exams aren't too tough, the questions are asked in a direct manner. You just need to study well.
