Once the josaa counselling round begins and and you are allotted a seat through it ,then you have to report at the reporting center fir seat confirmation and documents verification and there your pwd certificate will be verified.
and in the end when all rounds of josaa are over then you have to go to your respective college for admission and there once again your pwd certificate will be verified.
Replythere is physical verification of the pwd person at the reporting center
