Hi Aspirant,

Neet exam is a national exam and you can give it  from anywhere you like but for counselling you need to comply to the instructions as per the university.State counselling wise NEET rank may require your certificate for verifying that you are a resident for that state.However if you go via All India Counselling then you need not provide such certificates and can participate in any university counselling.
