You can get college from India quota but it wont be a high ranking college. If you are contended with your marks than wait a college is standing is front of you and wait for the results

Probably in the north eastern states and in Maharashtra like in gondia, latur. In AP u can get. There some colleges in south india how's cuttoff is low
