I am completing my internship on 14 october. may i fill up the form .??

Sorry to say but you didn't mention above that which examination form you want to fill it up. And which internship you already completed.
If it's your NEET pg examination 2021 about then I tell you that you can't apply this year dear. Because NEET pg examination 2021 give those Medical students already have there MCI registration and completed the internship in June 30th 2021. So you can give next year this examination.
