I am currently moving in 2nd year (CSE) aiming to get 700+score in gate 2020. How should i do it right from here?

I would suggest you to focus on your B.Tech first as this is not the right time to start preparation for Gate as the ideal time is when you go in 3rd year. I said so, because GATE is based on B.tech syllabus only so it is advisable to clear all your basic concept in your first 4 sem and in 3rd year gradually start getting into Gate preparation.
