I am expecting 280 marks in BLAT 2019. I'm a female from OBC category. Is there any chance of getting accepted as there are only 60 seats ?

Hello Khushboo,

According to the previous year cutoff lists,

2018 (For OBCs)

Rank - 75

Marks - 258

2017

Rank - 61

Marks - 296

2016

Rank - 79

Marks - 236

If the cutoff list is more or less the same this year too, and if you getting the marks you are expecting, (even better if it's more) then I gather you have a fair chance in getting a seat.

Although, the competition is very high as this is a much sought-after course and that too in a highly prestigious institute. I suggest keep your options open and try to look for other institutes/universities as well.

All the Best!
