yes, of course if you are from scheduled category than chances of your getting admission is very high in getting the admission in jammu and kashmir or in any state and if you are expecting that your score will be around 300 than according to me you can get admissions because 300-400 scores are generally needed.
The state of Jammu and Kashmir does not participate in the all India Quota counselling. It has a 100% State quota.
