I am from obc and I got 70 marks in jee main.can I get HBTU(harbout technical University)?

No you'll not get admission in HBTI kanpur with these marks.but surely try for other colleges if you want admission through uptu,like United college,jaypee etc

i am sorry but u can't get you desier branch with such mark in HBTU u can check last year cutoff so go for other college or private institute
