I am from Sikkim can I apply for counseling of Rajasthan?

To aaply for other state counselling the candidates should have the domicile of the respective states they want to apply for and hence can get admission through state qouta .
Admission through AIQ ,the candidates can give their choices of college in other state but it is only for 15% seats through AIQ.
So if you have domicile for Rajasthan then you can apply for 85% seats of state qouta.
