If you mean by the phrase 'after this date' that you have missed the date for second round of counselling and still want to appear for the counselling procedure, I am sorry but you cannot do this. The dates and the schedule is fixed and cannot be delayed or changed. Thus, it isyour responsibility that you take a proper note of the dates and abide by it. Now you cannot go for it and you have missed the oppurtunity, sorry for that.
