Dear Ranita, yes you can apply for MBBS seats of West Bengal and Orissa. Or for that matter, any State except Jammu and Kashmir because Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Counselling. You can participate in All India Counselling of all these States. The DGHS will release an official notification once NTA releases the score and merit list. Then if you qualify, you can apply and register online.
