Hi Ashok,
I'm sorry to say this but 220 is very low marks in NEET 2019 to get a government MBBS or BDS seat in Maharashtra even through the 85% State Quota under SC category. The cutoffs for most colleges in Maharashtra are much higher than your merit which makes it impossible to secure a government seat in the state of Maharashtra.
