The cut off for admission in King George's Medical University, Lucknow under the State quota for the SC category in the previous year 2018 was a rank of
42372 and a score of 454 marks. The cut off for admission in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College was a rank of 69404 and a score of 411 marks. This year the cut off might be a little higher as the paper was easier. You seem to have less chances in KGMU and higher chances in LLRM if you score 420 marks.
