Hello,  In 2018 there were some government colleges who were giving admission to students scoring around 480 under state quota,so we can expect that there are chances for getting admission but as cut off vary every year nothing is sure.
let's hope for the best,
Thank you

Dwar Sanket, in 2018, under State Quota, 357 marks secured a seat in OBC under Rest of Maharashtra at GMC, Akola. Going by the previous cut offs and your score, you also have a chance at:

GMC, Miraj
Shri BabuSaheb Medical College
GMC, Jalagaon
Chandrapur Government Medical College
Gondia Medical College
Swami Ramanand Teerth Medical College

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
