General Category: 479
OBC-A: 478
OBC-B: 474
SC: 349
ST:  183

Going by orevious cut offs, it is a close call if you belong to General Categiry but have decent chances if you belong to Reserved Categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
