Yes you can prepare for Mpsc and Upsc , but you can give exam only after you complete your graduation . You can do preparation side by side . But it would be better to complete your graduation first then start preparing for the exam , if you do two things at a time , then it would be a mess . Or when you are in your final year , start preparing from that year , it would be a better option for you .
