For candidates in the general category, the lowest passing score is 40 out of 160, while for SC/ST candidates, there typically isn't a minimum passing score, but a rank is still assigned based on comparative performance.

Given that you stated you are not receiving a rank and your rank card is missing, it probably indicates that you are deemed unqualified for counselling according to EAMCET regulations. Although your IPE scores are elevated, they are factored into the 75% EAMCET + 25% IPE weightage calculation only after you pass the entrance test. Therefore, if you are unqualified, your IPE scores are excluded from the rank computation.
