Admission through AIQ quota for 540 marks will be a bit difficult as the cut off marks were more than 550 in 2018 for Open Category. 

The cut off marks under state quota were less than 540 in 2018 therefore, increasing your chances of admission this year as the cut off marks do not change in a very wide range. 

Following are some colleges with their cut off for UR category in 2018.

1. Darbhanga Medical College, cut off 533.

2. Government Medical College, Bettiah, cut off 534.

3. Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna. Cut off 536. 

4. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical college, Bhagalpur. Cut off 535. 

5. Nalanda Medical College and hospital, Patna. Cut off 537. 

The cut off marks change every year. As these colleges had a cut off less than 540, there is a certain chance of admission in one of these colleges.

As per your score you have got a good marks but Bihar has a slightly higher cutoff for neet medical. But you will get dental Colleges like 

Patna dental college and hospital Patna.
