Dear Yashika, you haven't mentioned your Category.Neverthless, in 2018, Under State Quota, for General Category 562 marks secured a seat in North Delhi Municpal Corporation Medical College. Under All India Quota, 612 marks got a seat in the same college. For OBC, 594 marks got a seat in Dr. BSA Medical college in All India Quota and 511 in State Quota got a seat. For SC for All India Quota it was 508 and for State Quota it was 417. For ST in All India Quota, 482. For State Quota, it was 304. However cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for exam, no.of seats available, difficulty of the exam and top NEET score. To be honest, this is a tight score that you have. Neverthless, as you mentioned this is a just an expected score, even if in the official score you score give or take more marks than this or if the cut off is lesser than last years', you still have a chance.With 545, you might stand a chance if you belong to OBC category.
