You don't have to worry about that you can start your preparation from NCERT books to build strong concepts. You can refer previous year questions papers to know about the exam pattern and level of questions. Try to solve complete mock test to know your strength and weakness and where you stand.
Important topic in which you can focus are as follows-
**Physics**- Mechanics, Optics, Thermodynamics and Nuclear physics.
**Chemistry**- Mole concept, General organic chemistry, Periodic table, Chemical bonding, Coordination chemistry.
**Biology-** Ecology and environment, Genetics, Cell Biology, Morphology of plants and animals, Reproduction in plants and animals, Physiology of plants and animals,
