Since you have choosen PCMB so you are eligible for medical and engineering both and there are lots of scope you have.

If your physics and maths are good . if you have a great IQ and you can solve very tough maths question then you are welcome in engineering. You will achieve every thing but if you are a average student and you can remember every thing easily then you should go with medical. this is the based on you.

Now in my opinion , since you are a good students so you should not do bsc / bcaa etc you should do Medical . You can prepare of NEET and crack with top rank so you will get best medical college .
