Hello Sanjay,
As you have not clear the cutoff of JEE mains you are not eligible to give the exam of JEE advanced.As your rank is 1.2 lakh and with this you can't get any state level goverment college also until you are from SC or ST.If you are from SC or ST you can apply for your state level goverment college in which you are interested but if are not from there categories there are no chances of getting any goveremnt college.You have to apply for pprivate college then.
