I am pass in 12 exam but does not pass the cutoff in jee Main ,I am egligible for josaa or not?

Hello,
Yes you are eligible for JosAA counselling even if you have not crossed jee mains cutoff marks.You have to register for counselling on it's website most probably from first week of June 2018.
