I failed in 12 in 2019 but I gave jee in 2019. I passed class 12 in 2020 will be my 2019 jee marks aaplicable for 2020 admission for further education

As you said that the first time you gave jee you failed in 12th and next year you are passed in 12th. So now, again you have to give jee to get admission into IITs, NITs, IIITs and many government colleges and the colleges which are accepting candidates on jee mains marks. The JEE score is valid only for that year. So again you have to qualify it.
